Moments change and time goes by, sometimes you just can't breathe.
You panic, scream and maybe fuss, and then begin to grieve.
We say things out of anger, raise our voice or slam our fist.
then realize we've not only hurt our voice but also our wrist.
When things slow down we apologize and try to make it right
and we're sorry for the things we said and sorry for the fight.
In this moment peace comes quickly because we said a prayer
that God will guide our words today, we know He's always there.

Scripture Psalm 51:10-13
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and sustain me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners will be converted to You.
Pray this week for a calm spirit as you speak to everyone and for them to have one, too.
Love and prayers, Norma
