How's your health today? Are you taking care of "YOU?"
Did you wake up feeling happy or get up feeling blue?
Some days seem to start with things going way to fast,
frustration, irritation...difficult to get past!
But slow down for a moment look at all the good in life.
Don't dwell on all the hardships, all the "pain" and strife.
See the sunshine, take in all the beauty that's in store.
God's prepared a great day for you, inside or out the door.
Enjoy the day, the week, the year, be thankful for e everything!
Take time to read a good book or maybe time to sing.
We're all so blessed in many ways, God's blessings are all around.
Don't waste a single moment, for in everything HE is found!
poem by: Norma Spiller
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let you light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and prays your Father in heaven.
