Listen to others and speak with kindness
Words- a powerful tool!
Have conversation with others and remember the golden rule.
Give time for others to share from their heart
the things on their mind today.
Be quiet and listen carefully
to what they have to say.
Love one another, be that kind of friend
who cares for the needs of others.
Be ready to pray for the people you meet
be a loving sister or brother.
Share from your heart the true love of God
tell them He loves them and then
pray for them daily, their needs to be met
trust God for the strength of your friend.
He knows every need, he's the fountain of life.
He longs for our souls to be fed.
So seek Him in all things and knowing His heart
in the Bible is where it is read.

Scripture Proverbs 13: 3,10,14
He who guards his lips guard his life, but he who speaks rashly will come to ruin.
Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.
The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life, turning a man from the snares of death.
Do you have a difficult time watching what you say? In Proverbs it speaks on the importance of watching what you say and being wise enough to listen to those around you. Such as it is in fitness. When you were a child, you would boast how wonderful you are at every sport you undertake and give up when it became hard. Yet, when it becomes the hardest is when it's the most important to keep moving forward, to keep trying to have daily progress, not strive for perfection.
Dear Lord, please help me to remember to strive for progress, not perfection in all that I do, and keep you in the center of everything.
Have a great fit-tastic week ladies!! Jenn
