This week in church we discussed being a prayer warrior instead of a prayer worrier. I find that that is so difficult in every day life. It requires us to really conscientiously think about what kind of thoughts we are putting into our body. As I was reflecting on this, it made me realize the importance of also being aware of what we put into our bodies with food. If we aren't conscientious of what we put into our body, our body will no longer be a temple to the Lord.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. 1 Colossians 6:19-20.
Monday's prayer focus of Christ United Methodist Church is "Help me to hear you say, 'Don't worry' and to put my trust in you. Amen." Let's use this same focus all week. So many thing concern us it is often difficult to not worry. Pray for each member of the Mail Circle to be freed from being a worrier and into a new relationship as prayer warrior.
Have a great fit-tastic week ladies!! Jenn
