Rarely do I use a scripture that I have read in the Proverbs 31 devotion that I read every day, but I feel this one is the best for use in today's focus. I want to take just a moment to say what a privilege it is to do this week after week. So I would like to ask all of you to pray for writers who share the message or a word of encouragement for the Kingdom of God. Sharing his love through this weekly focus is such a joy for me and I know there are others who enjoy writing, blogging, or however they share His message. I thank you for allowing me to do this every week and will pray for all of you.
"Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased." Hebrews 13:15-16 (NIV)

Fitness 1 Focus
This past week has been one of such joy for me. I was able to fly home and watch the baptism of my godchildren. As we were sitting there reminiscing, we were talking about baby massage. I forget how important the power of touch is. Not everyone can afford weekly massages, but grab a friend or spouse and have them rub your shoulders! It releases stress and can help you reconnect with a family member!
Have a great fit-tastic week ladies!! Jenn
