First and Last (and in between)
First we turn off the alarm them maybe yawn and stretch.
Or we might just roll over with a sigh.
We know we must get out of bed and start another day
but our tired bodies seem to be saying," WHY?"
Why begin another day as busy as it is,
another day just filled with things to do?
Then realize this day is special another chance to live
and do the job that God gave us to do.
"Love the Lord you God with all your heart and soul and mind."
This commandment first and then he said,
"Love your neighbor as yourself," a positive request,
He only wants for all our very best!
First thing in the morning pray and pray some more.
go through your day with strength in God alone.
And when you go to bed let prayer be the last thing that your do.
thanks God for this day and be grateful you are home.

Fitness 1 Focus
I am just getting back from watching my husband compete in his first Ironman competition.
While there it struck me how important sleep is--not just for elite athletes,
but everyone! If you are active, you need between 9-12 hours of sleep nightly!! Can you believe that?
This week, focus on sleep!
Have a blessed week ladies! Jennifer Blunier
