Luke 19:42: "Would that you knew this day the things that make for peace."
We pray this week for the things which make for peace: water, food and health. Without these vital needs there can be no peace. As you drink water this week pray for those who do not have access to clean water. As you enjoy your meals this week pray for those whose crops have failed or otherwise have no food. As you participate in the Fitness 1 Focus pray for those who do not have access to basic health care.
1 Corinthians 9:27: But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.
Happy Monday ladies! Today I want to discuss the importance of stretching! No matter our age or body type, it is important to begin and end each day with stretching. I encourage everyone to stretch their legs out (Bend over, flat back, legs straight not bent) every morning and evening. It will help you sleep so much better!
Have a blessed week ladies!
