A quiet Sunday morning is early on the rise
Time to be alone and still, pray and close my eyes.
Time to hear the voice of God and listen to his call.
Time to do the things I should and focus on HIS ALL!
All the words he spoke to those so very long ago
words of love and wisdom of how our lives should show.
Show his love to others so they too can be set free.
Take part in sweet communion, "Do this in remembrance of me."
Commune with God not just in church but daily as you go
to places and see faces of the people that you know.
Let them see the love you feel from whom all blessings flow
tell them you will pray for them today his way to know.
Pray for all you meet this week especially someone who needs God's love...shown through you. Be a blessing and you will be blessed.
1 Corinthians 2:9
However, as it is written: No eye has seen, no hear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.
1 Corinthians 11:23-26
For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me," for whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
Our participation in communion strengthens our faith through fellowship with Christ and other believers.
